Closed Loop Sampling System
Safe & Controlled Sampling Solution for Liquid & Gas Applications
Athena Instruments introduces the Closed Loop Sampling System, a robust and precision-engineered solution designed for the safe, clean, and representative collection of pressurized liquid and gas samples directly from process pipelines. Manufactured using high-grade stainless-steel components and developed in accordance with global sampling standards, the system ensures exceptional leak-proof performance, operator safety, and environmental compliance across refineries, petrochemical plants, gas processing units, chemical industries, and analytical laboratories.
Available in multiple configurations and pressure ratings, these systems are tested for purge efficiency, pressure integrity, and safe sample transfer – delivering reliable and emission-free sampling under hazardous industrial conditions.
Key Features :
- High-Grade Construction: Built using SS316/SS316L with precision valves and fittings; optional Hastelloy and PTFE-lined wetted parts for enhanced corrosion resistance.
- High-Pressure Capability: Designed for safe extraction of liquids, gases, and LPG from high-pressure process lines (up to 300 bars*).
- Emission-Free Closed Sampling: Fully enclosed purge-before-sample operation prevents exposure, spillage, vapor release, or contamination.
- Advanced Safety Elements: Integrated isolation valves, purge circuitry, safety blocks, check valves, and secure sample cylinder connection.
- Flexible Connectivity: Compatible with standard NPT/BSP or Swagelok connections, sample bottles/cylinders, and optional coolers.
Applications
