Athena Instruments introduces the ATRD Series Refrigerated Air Dryer, a compact and precision-engineered compressed air drying system designed to remove moisture from compressed air and deliver clean, dry air for industrial and instrumentation applications. Utilizing an advanced refrigeration drying process, the system cools compressed air to approximately +3°C, allowing moisture to condense and separate before being automatically discharged through an integrated drain valve. The dried air is then reheated through an air-to-air heat exchanger, preventing downstream pipe sweating while maintaining efficient compressed air distribution. The ATRD Series is ideally suited for automobile, pharmaceutical, chemical, electronics, food & beverage, printing, textile, power, and general manufacturing industries requiring reliable compressed air quality.
Available in multiple capacities from 15 CFM to 2000 CFM with working pressure options of 16 kg/cm² and 40 kg/cm², the ATRD Series is designed to provide consistent dew point performance under varying load conditions.
