Introduction
The IBI 96 well Vacuum manifold is designed for use with high throughput 96 well plate nucleic acid purification products and single prep columns.
Unit is constructed ofcast acrylic for easy care and cleaning and comes complete with Waste Tray, Collection Plate Spacer and Single Column Adapter plate to accommodate multiple extractions of single column preps.
Unit also comes with vacuum valve and release valve. The design of the upper portion of the manifold reduces cross contamination between wells allowing for the most effective extraction and purification of plasmid DNA, Genomic DNA, Viral DNA, Total RNA and PCR products.
